Commercial Paralegal role with a leading Staffordshire based business.


With a portfolio of well-know brands, this business has become a major player in the sector, manufacturing and distributing to countries all over the world.


The legal and company secretarial team is now looking to recruit a Commercial Paralegal to join the nimble team of 5.


You will work closely with the lead Commercial Contracts Lawyer handling a range of commercial agreements and contracts, providing high-level stakeholder advice, conducting legal research and working with the team on wider compliance matters.


This is a fantastic early step for an ambitious commercial paralegal who has genuine business acumen as the role is broad ranging with plenty of support.

You will get exposure to commercial agreements including sales, supply, procurement, NDA's, financeand marketing. Wider IP and trademark issues, Data Protection and more general company law and compliance.

You will have and Law Degree _or a _First degree and postgraduate law qualification(s) (LPC/GDL) _or _CILEX qualification.


Attitude, character and enthusiasm are all key, you will enjoy variety, being part of a team and building your own internal relationships.


Salary is c.25-30k plus benefits and the role requires you to work from the the Staffordshire Head office 3-4 days per week with the team.
