Overview
2fawcett have an exciting opportunity for a
Buyer in Coventry on a full time, permanent basis.

Responsibilities of the Buyer

  • To carry out steel procurement activities (buying steel beams/girders, nuts and bolts etc) on a daytoday basis, sourcing from various suppliers
  • To negotiate cost and lead time reductions with suppliers where possible
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing and new suppliers

Requirement of the Buyer

  • Good purchasing/buying experience, in a steelwork engineering/fabrication environment

Salary:
£40,000
.00 per year
