We are currently on the lookout for a seasoned and capable Restaurant Floor Manager to become a part of our dedicated team at Nessa.

As the Restaurant Floor Manager, you will be entrusted with the pivotal task of supervising the seamless and effective operations of the restaurant floor.

  • Provide strong leadership and guidance to the restaurant floor staff.
  • Train, mentor, and inspire team members to deliver exceptional customer service that goes above and beyond guest expectations.

Responsibilities include coordinating and managing restaurant floor activities during shifts to ensure timely seating, accurate order processing, efficient food delivery, and overall guest satisfaction.

  • Collaborate closely with kitchen staff to facilitate smooth communication, timely food preparation, and precise order delivery.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently, aiming for positive resolutions and customer contentment.
  • Assist in recruiting, selecting, and onboarding new restaurant floor team members.
  • Conduct performance assessments and provide regular feedback to team members, identifying and addressing areas for enhancement.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.

Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring supply levels, including tableware, condiments, and operational essentials, and collaborating with relevant departments for replenishment.

Furthermore, you will collaborate with the management team to devise and execute marketing strategies, promotions, and special events aimed at enhancing customer engagement and revenue generation.

Key qualifications for this role include proven experience as a Restaurant Floor Manager or in an equivalent supervisory position within the hospitality realm, exceptional leadership and team development skills, and a strong focus on customer service excellence and issue resolution.

  • Familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Proficiency in utilizing restaurant management software and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
  • Readiness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Attention to the gross refer-a-friend scheme and exclusive F&B discounts.
