It is an exciting opportunity for an

To be successful in this position you will need to be
ambitious, self-motivated, have great interpersonal skills and have experience in the speciality coffee industry.

This is a real opportunity to make this role your own.


Our Head Barista will be responsible for delivering all aspects of coffee training, as well as areas of equipment maintenance.

You will ensure all training requirements are fulfilled across the company, whether for a new-starter or developing our current teams and assisting with their progression

  • Be able to demonstrate an indepth knowledge of extraction theory principles, equipment and milk preparation.
  • Passion for speciality coffee.
  • Have excellent communication skills, with confidence and passion.
  • Be organised and responsible for time management.
  • Have a good working knowledge of equipment, with some maintenance skills.
  • Great interpersonal skills.
This role is very hands-on, lots of multi-tasking but most importantly - making the perfect coffee.
