We are looking to hire an Office Administrator to support the day-to-day running of our busy office based in Kingston-upon-Thames.

The role will be predominantly office based with occasional hybrid working. This would be an amazing opportunity for someone looking to work around school hours or has other commitments.


The ideal person would be well travelled or have an interest in the travel industry with a problem solving mindset and positive attitude.


Duties:

  • Ordering office stationary, equipment and supplies
  • Liasing with our landlord and contractors
  • Acting as the central pivot for our other brands
  • Ordering birthday cards and staff service awards
  • Assisting with organising monthly socials and seasonal parties
  • Keeping on top of office compliance, first aid and fire safety
  • Act as the first point of contact for PC queries, resetting passwords etc
  • General office administration
  • Getting involved with ad hoc office based projects
  • Keeping the office tidy
  • Organising the desk plan

Required skills:

  • To be a great team worker and happy to work independently
  • Experience in a similar administration role
  • Good knowledge of office packages (Excel, word etc)
  • Good organiser
  • Friendly with a good sense of humour
  • Excellent time management and ability to multitask
