Internal Sales Advisor at Jewson is organised in their approach, showing good attention to detail so their work is accurate and reliable.

As a methodical and approachable person, you will be able to work well on your own and take full ownership and responsibility for the work you do.

You will be happy working in a fast-paced office and confident in dealing with a range of customers, either in person or over the phone.


Hours of Work:
Monday-Friday 7am-5pm and every 2nd Saturday 7:30am-12pm

What will I be doing in the role?_


Our
Internal Sales Advisors help keep our business running smoothly and continue to build and develop customer relationships and sales opportunities.

This is one of the key roles in our branches To support the business, you will;

  • Manage and communicate with a designated portfolio of customers
  • Contact and generate sales with potential new customers and manage lapsed accounts
  • Communicate with other departments in the team to ensure prompt delivery of products
  • Communicate with your customers in your existing ledger to identify upcoming projects and offer advice on what help we can provide
  • Provide customer quotes ensuring they meet their requirements
  • Ensure customer orders and queries are processed and answered in a timely manner
  • Ensure that the branch is the best provider of customer service locally and nationally, as defined by the customer
  • Continuously look for opportunities to improve product and industry knowledge
