Job Description

To be the driving force behind the successful execution of technology projects. Your role centres on ensuring that our development teams, dispersed across different offices and locations, collaborate seamlessly to deliver end-to-end software solutions on-time and within budget, all while upholding our stringent compliance and regulatory standards.

Your responsibilities include meticulously planning and executing projects, monitoring compliance with relevant regulations, facilitating communication between teams, managing risks, and maintaining the highest standards of quality throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Deliverables

Project Planning and Execution:

  • Project plans, define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Detailed project schedules with resource allocation.
  • Project progress and ensure that projects are executed on-time and within budget.

Regulatory Compliance:

  • Up to date with industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure projects adhere to relevant regulations.
  • Compliance and audits throughout the project lifecycle.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with project teams across different offices and locations.
  • As a bridge between teams to ensure effective communication and alignment.
  • A culture of collaboration and shared accountability.

Risk Management:

  • Potential project risks and develop mitigation plans.
  • Address issues that may impact compliance or project timelines.
  • A risk register and continuously assess project risks.

Quality Assurance:

  • That software solutions meet quality standards and compliance requirements.
  • Quality control measures and testing procedures.
  • Report on software quality metrics.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and compliance records.
  • Regular updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Resource Management:

  • Project resources effectively, including team members and external partners.
  • Resource allocation to maximize project efficiency.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project management and compliance processes.
  • A culture of continuous improvement within the project teams.

Technical competencies, knowledge & experience

  • Working in a project management role for 5+ years
  • Technical understanding / experience in software development
  • Experience working in a regulated industry and on regulated projects (Gaming / Financial Services)
  • Experience of working on hard deadline / high-profile projects
  • Experience of managing multiple complex high-profile projects concurrently of the different SDLCs across methodologies to communicate to a wide range of stakeholders across varying levels of seniority and across multiple locations.
  • Confident presentation skillsof technical architecture (database, design and IT Infrastructure)
  • Negotiating & interpersonal skills
  • Relationship building skills

  • Ability to work with remote teams
