We are actively sourcing for a Commercial NDA Legal Counsel to support a near-term full-time engagement with our major asset management client

We are actively seeking a Commercial NDA Legal Counsel located in the United Kingdom area with the following experience:nA minimum of 4 years of PQE as an attorney specializing in commercial law.nMinimum of 2 years PQE experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating Non-Disclosure Agreements ideal.nExceptional attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.nAbility to effectively communicate complex legal concepts to non-legal professionals.nStrong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously and maintain high levels of client service.nDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.nQualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or BarristernJuris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.nOnly solicitors based in the UK should apply at this time.nEpiq Counsel partners with industry-leading clients in support of their sophisticated interim talent needs.

Must be interested in practicing in an alternative, fixed-term legal services model.


Support our major financial services client with the following responsibilities:nReview escalations from resources with negotiations outside of NDA playbook.nDraft, review, and negotiate NDAs that are essential to safeguarding our client's business interests to maintain confidentiality in their strategic partnerships and verticals.nEnsure the confidentiality of sensitive company information, intellectual property, and trade secrets.nCollaborate with internal stakeholders such as legal counsel, executives, and business development teams to understand specific needs and requirements for NDAs.nConduct thorough legal analysis and risk assessment of NDA terms and conditions.nAdvise and guide internal teams on compliance with NDA obligations and restrictions.
