Project Manager

We are partnering with a well-known and highly reputable Main Contractor that has positioned itself as one of the most successful privately-owned businesses in the UK, covering sectors like Residential, Commercial, Mixed-Use, and Education. With a recent turnover exceeding £700 million and employing over 400 individuals, this company is in an exciting phase of growth.

Our client is currently in search of a Project Manager to oversee a cladding remediation project in Manchester.

The primary role of the Project Manager is to lead the project management process, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery in the design and build residential sector, all while prioritizing safety and environmental sustainability.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Taking full responsibility for the construction project
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients, subcontractors, authorities, regulators, and the public
  • Participating in client meetings, preparing progress reports, and managing construction costs
  • Reviewing and reporting on budget variations
  • Conducting subcontractor procurement meetings
  • Assisting in Design Risk Assessment and ensuring quality control
  • Planning construction strategies to enhance safety measures
