As a Senior Digital Trading Manager, you will:

  • Assist in the development and execution of digital sales strategies, including forecasting profit and revenue goals
  • Develop and implement a Digital Strategy in line with key brand and commercial objectives in conjunction with the Group Head of Digital Trading
  • Work collaboratively across all key departments to capture insights and feedback from customers and markets, managing effective trading performance structure, including meetings, insight packs, and incorporating weektoweek performance movements into forecastsand taking remedial action when necessary
  • Develop a data analysis plan and mobilize it to inform and support growth.
  • Build and own the digital trading calendar, working with key stakeholders to ensure campaigns, promotions and trading initiatives are implemented with the optimisation of customer journey at the forefront.
  • Achieve better conversion rates and KPIs online through the optimization of site navigation, customer journeys, and product placement strategies

As a Senior Digital Trading Manager, you will have:

  • A minimum of five years' experience in a similar role in consumer or retail brands
  • Extensive people management and leadership skills
  • To ensure everyone has clear objectives and goals, as well as the ability to achieve the digital KPI's
  • The ability to identify, build, and motivate a team that works as a unit.
  • Contributed to the overall digital strategy of the organization by being an active member of the team
  • Valid working rights for the EMEA countries
  • The ability to analyze and report on data, as well as use Google Analytics and Excel proficiently
  • Experience working on ecommerce sites
