What you will do. The Power BI Consultant is a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment who is passionate about transforming complex data into actionable insights for our clients. You will be involved in the design, development, and maintenance of Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models to support data-driven decision making.

You will collaborate with data analysts, data engineers, and business stakeholders, to define customer requirements and gather data from various sources. You will also be optimizing and improving existing Power BI reports and dashboards to create better performance and user experiences.
How you will do it. We appreciate technologies are always evolving, but we would love to hear from you if you have proven hands-on experience in business intelligence, data visualization, and analytics. To set yourself up for success you should have sold working knowledge of:
  • Power BI Dataflows
  • Power Datasets
  • Data Modelling
  • DAX
  • Paginated Reports
  • Power Query
  • Interpreting Complex Excel Functionality into PowerBI solutions

Location(s)We are a fully remote company, whilst also offering onsite working. All candidates must reside and be eligible to work in the UK to be considered for this role.

We encourage flexible working by hours and location (along with other benefits). There is an expectation employees will get together from time to time if individuals are fully remote. We may require employees to travel to clients, however any travel and expenses are covered by us

Interview Process Following an initial telephone screening call to ensure we are both on the same page, our Interview process is a two-way street and will consist of two stages a "General Competency" interview and a "Technical Deep Dive." We may invite you to meet some of the wider team within these phases if needed.
