Job Title: Operations Associate

Role Description

The Operations Associate position at Orion plays a crucial role in delivering value to our clients by leveraging relationships with our media partners across various media platforms. This unique role focuses on providing effective media saving solutions tailored to meet our clients' business requirements. The Operations Associate works closely with the Operations team, ensuring precision and efficiency across the organization while providing support to the wider Orion team.

To excel in this role, candidates should display confidence, innovation, organization, and a collaborative spirit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting in generating weekly and monthly revenue reports
  • Maintaining the Orion Agency Portal to ensure updated information
  • Supporting the Operations Manager in long-term projects to enhance operational effectiveness and accuracy, streamlining processes as needed
  • Ensuring the accuracy of bookings entered into the Orion system and DDS through regular checks and meetings with the trading team
  • Coordinating with the Finance team to maintain billing accuracy and reconcile traditional and programmatic campaigns
  • Assisting in the DDS reconciliation process with Finance and the trading team
  • Overseeing the monthly savings statements and savings release process, including addressable spend
  • Keeping deal summaries up to date, conducting monthly reconciliations for accuracy
  • Facilitating new supplier and client setups in the Orion system
  • Supporting the trading team and Finance in handling invoice queries
  • Providing assistance to the Directors in tasks beyond the usual scope of work
  • Aiding in monthly addressable spend reconciliations

Desired Skills & Experience

  • A keen interest in the media landscape and various media channels
  • Experience in working with data is advantageous
  • Strong numerical skills with great attention to detail
  • Ability to build relationships with individuals at all levels
  • Effective presentation skills with confidence
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, particularly strong Excel skills
  • Quick learner with a proactive approach to tasks
  • Strong organizational abilities
