We offer completely bespoke packages of personalised companionship and care to the elderly to help them maintain their independence and continue to live in their own homes.


Care Team Leader experience & skills

  • The Team Leader will provide leadership and management to an assigned team of caregivers. They will ensure all teams have the skills and competences required and will provide a focus on continuous professional development within their team
  • The Team Leader will be responsible for all clients being properly assessed and that highquality person centred care is provided
  • You will make sure that Unique Senior Care is appropriately represented at all times and will liaise with Key stake holders forming strong working relationships
  • Ensuring all Care Plans are in place and reviewed as and when required or as a minimum every three months.
  • Carry out Service Reviews as per the company policy.
  • Ensuring all Risk Assessments are completed as appropriate for both clients and caregivers.
  • Ensuring that all carers are providing care of the highest quality through the employee review process in line with CQC regulation.
  • To ensure staff support visits are performed regularly in accordance with Company policy.
  • To assess the competencies of caregivers and provide relevant support to ensure that Care Certificates are completed within 12 weeks of start date.
  • To support the continuous professional development of all staff, liaising with L&D teams, agreeing personal development plans with assigned caregivers.
  • Ensuring all electronic compliance trackers and databases (People Planner/IQ) are updated as per company policy.
  • Manage staff absence using the Bradford Factor

Care Team Leader Benefits

  • 35 hour contract
