Job Title: Kitchen Assistant

Job Description:

• Assist in the food preparation process
• Cook and prepare elements of menu dishes
• Prepare vegetables, meats, and fish
• Measure dish ingredients and portion sizes accurately
• Keep the sections clean
• Record cooking temperatures in Alert 65 system
• Assist other Chefs as requested
• Help with deliveries and restocking
• Assist with stock rotation
• Maintain kitchen and food safety standards

Key Requirements:

• Food Safety Level 2 certification
• Interest and experience in food preparation
• Willingness to develop skills and knowledge
• Ability to work efficiently in a team
• Work well under pressure
• Good communication skills
