Job Description

Salary: 55k - 60k Dependant on experience + £550 Per Month Car Allowance

Location: KDC Veolia, Bolton, with regular travel across UK&I to undertake site visits

What you'll be doing;

  • Identification of the inputs needed to develop a cost model for all estimates, tenders and framework call-off submission
  • Create and facilitate the output of a commercial model by the finance team in line with the governance guidelines
  • Create rate cards for re measurable contracts and elements
  • Liaison with internal and external contacts to respond on technical / assurance requirements as required
  • Assist customers with scoping and legislative and technical advice to develop prospects
  • Assist with the completion of tender proposals
  • Build and develop relationships with internal contributors

What we're looking for;

  • Decommissioning Technical Knowledge will be required.
  • Ability to 'take off' material quantities for buildings and structures from drawings, site visits and photographs.
  • The production of estimates of the required resources and other associated cost elements to undertake decommissioning projects.
  • High level of numeracy and spreadsheet skills
  • Knowledge of waste and scrap types, market intelligence on recycling options and disposal prices.
