Membership Campaign Officer, or are you striving to be one? Can you demonstrate that you have experience developing existing members and implementing direct marketing campaigns? If so then you could be perfect for my client,an Environmental Charity.

This is an ASAP temp role for the next 2 months with possibility to extend and go perm. This role will be hybrid working up to 2 days in the London office near Liverpool Street Station (EC2M).

The Role:
In this
Membership Campaign Officer role, you will complete the following tasks:

  • Plan and project manage a range of activities/communications at the same time from start to finish.
  • Work with the manager on the marketing and promotion of legacy and inmemory giving through various media including print and digital.
  • Develop good understanding of team's income and expenditure budgets.
  • Proactive crossteam working with key stakeholders to ensure opportunities are maximised
  • Analyse campaign results to determine their effectiveness.
  • Develop new messages to acquire and retain members through a range of channels.
  • Develop and update all process documents for all activities as necessary.
  • Support colleagues and other teams as needed.

Additionally, it's crucial that you possess the following:

  • A proven track record in planning and delivering successful direct marketing.
  • Understanding and experience of audience segmentation.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Strong supporter/donor relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and to a high standard whilst managing multiple deadlines.
