Are you a Support worker or somebody with a natural passion to care, and a desire to enable those who you support to achieve greater independence whilst obtaining career progression?

We are currently supporting a gentleman who is looking for Support workers to help him plan his activities and his days, as a Support worker you will need to be aware and meet his wishes below:1) My staff need to have experience of working with individuals with complex needs, care needs as well as helping me to plan daily activities

2) My staff must have great passion towards providing great care and a happy home environment for me

3) My staff need to be approachable, friendly, proactive, willing to engage with me.

4) Being a driver with a UK Licencewould be preferred

5)Proud, motivated, passionate people who work well as part of a team and on their own

6) Staff should support me to develop my independence, access education and help me to be able to express myself and have a great quality of life.

7) I would like staff to be creative and willing to engage in my personal interests/ hobbies - art, music, Lego, watching films.

8) A mixture of male and female staff who will be a positive role model and can work day shifts 8am-8pm or for waking nights 8pm-8am

We will pay you a £400 Welcome Bonus
