We have an excellent opportunity for an Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our team in Sefton, Merseyside.


This is an exciting opportunity for suitably qualified Advanced Clinical Practitioner to work in primary and urgent care, as part of the Acute Visiting Services in Sefton.

We are a small, friendly and supportive team of 6 Advanced Clinical Practitioner led vehicles, with GP support, based in two locations, responding to Sefton GP visit requests through emis and as part of the two hour community response service.

Five vehicles operate Monday through Friday and one vehicle operates 7 days a week
