Job Overview:
We are seeking a Trainee Technologist to join our team. As a Trainee Technologist, you will play a crucial role in the team.

This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for quality assurance, who want to gain experience and progress into full technologist role in the future, once fully trained.


Responsibilities:

  • To assist the Product Technologists within the department
  • Ensure Critical Path deadlines are maintained through supplier monitoring. Issue reminders to suppliers failing to maintain critical path deadlines.
  • Check physical packaging samples against approved artwork and scan packaging approval samples for barcode code confirmation
  • Scan and check packaging of production samples on arrival for errors before passing to relevant technologist.
  • Keep detailed and accurate records of all communications in an orderly fashion
  • Build positive and effective relationships with buying teams and suppliers.
  • Provide a high level of service to meet the business needs of internal and external clients, by maintaining professionalism and courteousness.
