We are thrilled to announce a new opening in the Global Real Estate & Construction (GREAC) Division for a skilled Senior Claims Executive to join our Real Estate team.
The GREAC team, primarily located in London, specializes in delivering innovative insurance solutions and risk management services to organizations in the real estate and construction sectors.
As a part of this dedicated division, you will be part of the largest and most established Real Estate and Construction team in the London Market, with over 190 Associates.
In this role, you will handle claims for a designated group of clients, contribute to the overall claims service, and assist team members. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing claims from start to finish, collaborating effectively with clients, insurers, loss adjusters, and other involved parties
- Providing guidance on policy coverage application and necessary claim documentation
- Ensuring accurate registration and updates of claims on internal systems
- Reporting major or sensitive claims to the responsible Account Executive
- Developing and maintaining strong professional relationships with clients, insurers, lawyers, and loss adjusters
- Keeping detailed records on internal systems and conducting proactive claims reviews
- Preparing and managing client claim portfolios
- Completing assigned tasks within specified timelines and following project plans
Key Requirements:
- Expertise in commercial property claims
- Strong communication skills to interact professionally with clients, insurers, and colleagues
- Effective time management and prioritization abilities
- Understanding of regulatory controls and procedures
- Familiarity with ASSET and Microsoft Office; CII qualifications would be a plus
