Your role will be integral to deliver our scope, undertaking new drainage infrastructure on a new 6km of carriage way, away from the existing road on the A40, near Narberth.

We will need a gang who have worked with each other before to hit the ground running.

Ganger, pipe layer, and 360 (we will be able to take a fourth man if has dumper/roller and drainage experience)

Ganger -

What you'll be doing
As a Ganger in our ever-growing South Division
, you will have the following accountabilities:

  • You will be competent and experienced to lead a team of 3-4 operatives into various challenges, daily.
  • Provide records of your daily activities.
  • You will undertake works to inc installation of new chambers and pipelines up to a depth of 4 metres, using temporary works and be able to achieve outputs above and beyond the average.
  • Support all tasks on site as directed by the Site Manager, General Foreman, and Ganger.
  • Maintain necessary Health and Safety regulations.
  • Ensuring the highest standards of professionalism, workmanship, and punctuality.
  • Adhere to RAMS.
  • Undertake all drainage jobs as requested, ensuring where possible that work is completed on the first visit and to the required standard.

Who we're looking for
To have ultimate responsibility for the civils / drainage work on your assigned site by

  • Experienced in the wastewater industry.
  • Experience in leading a positive safety culture.
  • SSSTS
  • EUSR
  • Communicate safe systems of work and implement improvements.
  • Enable projects to achieve strict deadlines.
  • Bring on the next generation, promote development.

Pipe Layer / Groundworker

What you'll be doing
As a Groundworker in our ever-growing South Division
, you will have the following accountabilities:

  • You will undertake works to inc installation of new chambers and pipelines up to a depth of 4 metres, using temporary works and be able to achieve outputs above and beyond the average.
  • Support all tasks on site as directed by the Site Manager, General Foreman, and Ganger.
  • Maintain necessary Health and Safety regulations.
  • Ensuring the highest standards of professionalism, workmanship, and punctuality.
  • Adhere to RAMS.
  • Undertake all drainage jobs as requested, ensuring where possible that work is completed on the first visit and to the required standard.

Who we're looking for

What you'll be doing
As a Groundworker/Plant Op in our ever-growing South Division
, you will have the following accountabilities:

  • You will drive various size excavators ranging from 5t to 24t, inc installation of new chambers and pipelines up to a depth of 4 metres, using temporary works and be able to achieve outputs above and beyond the average.
  • Support all tasks on site as directed by the Site Manager, General Foreman, and Ganger.
  • Maintain necessary Health and Safety regulations.
  • Ensuring the highest standards of professionalism, workmanship, and punctuality.
  • Adhere to RAMS.
  • Undertake all drainage jobs as requested, ensuring where possible that work is completed on the first visit and to the required standard.

Who we're looking for
To have ultimate responsibility for the civils / drainage work on your assigned site by

  • Experience in leading a positive safety culture.
  • CPCS Above and Below 10t tracked excavator, with lifting ops
  • Encourage the next generation, promote development.
  • Thrive at problem solving.
  • Have the knowledge, drive and experience to deliver successful schemes and be good at go the extra mile to take yourself and CR Civils to the next level.
  • Ensure that all plant checks are done, daily and maintain your allocated plant.

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract

Contract length: 6 weeks

Salary:
£22.00-£24.00 per hour

Licence/Certification:

  • CSCS (preferred)
