Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineer - Data Center Construction

Responsibilities:
- Work as a Technical NOC Engineer at L3 level, providing support for the Network Infrastructure and related Data Center (DC) services.
- Perform operational and administrative tasks within an ITIL framework to offer support for two Data Centers.
- Handle Network Service Requests, Incident resolutions, and Change executions for the network environments of the Data Centers.
- Security Clearance is a must, limited to UK Nationals.
- Proficiency in technologies at L3 level, including incident resolution, configuration, upgrades, security, etc.
- Familiarity with CISCO Firepower and FortiGate Firewalls with IPS/IDS, CISCO Catalyst Switches, and Fortigate RAS VPN with MFA.
- Solid understanding of OSPF/BGP, various resiliency configurations, and Network Data and Security.
- Expertise in configuring Routers, Switches, and Firewalls.
- Previous experience in NOC/Incident Handling, supporting Network technologies like routing/switching, Firewalls, load balancers, and proxies across multiple data centers.
