Your regular duties will include:

  • Providing overall direction and guidance to the planning team assigned to the Contract.
  • Producing and issuing the overall Manpower Histograms and Productivity Reports.
  • Issuing the agreed planning schedules to the Client.
  • Preparing and providing copies of project plans and schedules in accordance with project reporting requirements.
  • Producing and issuing updates to project manpower requirements, project plans and schedules.
  • Chair weekly planning meetings for responsible assets.
  • Liaise with engineering, procurement and construction functions, and others as required, including third parties, to maintain awareness of project activities, their status, and their impact on the project schedule and manpower requirements.

To be successful in this role you will ideally be:

  • A Primavera P6 Advanced User
  • Experienced in a senior planning position within the Oil & Energy Industry
  • Familiar with asset plans and repair orders.
