Ealing IAPT is seeking to recruit an assistant psychologist who are looking to progress their career as part of our supportive and highly regarded team.

We have a very well-established team, consisting of trainee and qualified staff.

We provide a wide range of CBT-based interventions, such as groups, one to one sessions (face to face and telephone), and online therapy (cCBT), in addition to the telephone and face to face assessments.


As an assistant psychologist in IAPT, you will be expecting to deliver cCBT, design and co-facilitate groups, attend in-house training, and carry out audits relevant to the service.

We are looking to appoint a highly motivated and progressive assistant psychologist who is passionate about the IAPT initiative and will be part of a team achieving excellence in service delivery.

To support and enhance the professional psychological care of clients within the Ealing


There is a need to be able to work flexibly, remotely or with sessions in different locations across Ealing and Southall.

IAPT service.

This will involve providing mental health screening assessments and psychological interventions under the supervision of a qualified member of the team, working independently according to a plan agreed with the line manager and within the overall framework of the team's policies and procedures.

To assist in clinically related administration, conduct of audits, collection of statistics, and development of audit and/or research projects, teaching and project work
