Key responsibilities of a Lettings Negotiator

The main purpose of the role is to generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate agreements to progress let's though to exchange and completion.

As well as maintain regular contact with landlords and tenants, building strong relationshipswithin local area.
On top of being ambitious, hardworking and determined you'll also need to have a great attitude towards your work to maximise opportunities to increase revenue

Skills and experience required to be a successfulLettings Negotiator:

  • Preferably an experienced
    sales person
  • Able to
    generate new business in a
    target driven environment
  • Outstanding
    customer care /
    customer service experience
  • Resilient,
    positive,
    organised,
    numerate and
    detail oriented:
  • Excellent verbal and written
    communication skills
  • A
    Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
