What we're looking for:

  • A recognised qualification in Teaching and Learning or Childcare or experience working with children in a formal setting e.g school, residential, sports coaching.
  • An interest in supporting children with additional needs.
  • A resilient, proactive nature with a positive, cando attitude.
  • A confident individual equipped to manage challenging behaviours and situations.
  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update service or be willing to purchase one at a cost of £50.
  • At least two references including most recent/current employer.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • A good standard of literacy and numeracy with excellent written and verbal communication.
