Role & responsibilities


Your primary role would be to work within a small retail team, specialising in fitting customers with the perfect fitting bra.


  • Greet & welcome customers that have booked or walkin to the shop
  • Manage phone & online bookings
  • Have/develop good product knowledge of our brands
  • Explain the bra fitting process/experience
  • Listen & understand customer needs
  • Provide expert advice & assist the fitting of bras in the fitting room
  • Take deliveries, price, maintain & manage stock
  • Take payments
  • Maintain & merchandising the shop
  • You would need to be female & have a confident & collected manner.
  • Have a retail background, ideally having worked in a customerfacing sales role & have carried out the above duties
    (though not essential, if you are happy to learn you, we can train you)
:

  • You would need to be good with people and not be embarrassed about handling the female form as the role of a bra fitter would involve being 'handson' with our customers.
  • Most importantly you would need to have a passion for delivering highquality customer service.
  • Be available to work on Saturdays

Job Type:

Salary:

Expected hours: 21 per week

  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

  • Retail sales: 2 years (preferred)
- customer service: 2 years (preferred)
