Location:
Staffordshire, full time onsite with travel round the East Midlands area.
In this role you will work closely with industry experts to create dynamic online learning materials as well as in person training in our client's unique facility in Staffordshire.
Your main duties will be to:Design and develop cutting-edge training materials and programs for our client's education and training academy, emphasising scientific principles.
Collaborate with academia and industry partners and insure relevance of the training content.
Facilitate in person and develop online training materials to foster an inclusive learning environment.
Lead the education and skills workstream to focus on science education outreach to schools and colleagues.
Your Background:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
Relevant Science Degree or similar background.
Experience in a Teaching or L&D role within science.
Full driving license and happy to travel round the Midlands.
