As a Lodge Host at Estelle Manor, you will manage the member and guest arrival and departure experience at the Gate House, providing a natural and warm welcome to our hosted home.

With a friendly attitude and a keen attention to detail, you will delight in providing exceptional experiences to our members and guests and be a key team player in seamless communications throughout all operational departments at Estelle Manor.

• Someone who enjoys multitasking using various platforms, with the ability to perform under pressure and deliver results to deadlines.

• Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management and being front of house building relationships with our members and guests.
