Your next role

We are seeking two Repairs Managers with proven experience of managing and improving the co-ordination and delivery of a complex growing repairs and maintenance service. This includes 10,400 tenanted homes, 3,000 garages and 750 corporate and operational buildings. You will lead on service improvement via a focused work stream. Leading on one of three main areas, comprising of: in-house workforce, damp and mould and disrepair improvement works or contract delivery. Collaboratively, you will ensure that the service is customer focused, efficient and fully compliant to the Consumer Standards.

You will deliver in a fast-paced reactive setting, ensuring that repairs are carried out in line with key performance indicators. In addition, you will deliver project or improvement programmes within your respective discipline – with a key focus on improving the service we off within our customers' homes. Through successful service delivery you will ensure our customers homes are in a good state of repair, fit for purpose and compliant to the necessary decency standards.

You must be fluent in the English language (as a requirement of Part 7 of the Immigration Act "for the effective performance of a customer-facing role").
