Conveyancer Position:

Company: An experienced Conveyancer is needed for a dynamic role within the conveyancing department of a company based in Shotton, with the flexibility to work mostly from home and occasionally in Wrexham.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a caseload of residential property transactions from start to finish
  • Conducting thorough property searches and due diligence
  • Crafting and reviewing legal documents
  • Collaborating effectively with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders
  • Providing expert guidance on property law matters
  • Ensuring strict compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory standards

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of post-qualification experience
  • Strong grasp of property law and conveyancing processes
  • Exceptional communication and client-facing skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a cohesive team
  • While a driving license and access to a car are advantageous, they are not mandatory
