What you'll be doing as a Factory opperative:

  • Van Driving and delivering completed products.
  • Receiving and checking goods in and out.
  • Packaging products ready for deliveries.
  • Assisting with fabrication of windows doors, Operating machinery and hand tools.
  • Cutting, routing and preparing of profiles in preparation for assembly.
  • Assembly of products including Windows, Bifold doors and sliding patio doors.
  • Beading, gasketing and wrapping goods
  • General production and warehouse duties.
  • Adhere to strict health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Maintaining high levels of housekeeping at all times within the factory.

Requirements:


As a factory opperative/ van driver at SVS Frame Tech, you will be involved various apspects throughout the production and delivery of Aluminium Windows, Bi-Folding Doors and Sliding Doors, This role will involve the use of various machinery i.e.

Punch Tools, CNC Mitre Saw, Copy Routers ect.

You will have:

  • A full clean drivig license
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and also alone when necessary.
  • Knowledge and experience of working with associated machinery such as, Mitre saw, punch tools, copy router etc.
  • Have a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to follow technical drawings.
  • Monday
  • Friday, 6:00 3:30.
  • Be willing to work overtime as and when needed
  • Be Enthusiastic, reliable, and hardworking Must follow standard operation protocols and adhere to strict health and safety regulations

Other information:

Working hours:
Monday to Thursday 6:00am - 3:30pm, Friday 6:00am - 11:00am

Salary:
Up to £12.50 per hour, depending on experience
