Role: Project Manager / Senior Project Manager
Reports to: Project Operations Leader
Position Type: Salary, Exempt
Compensation: Depending on experience

Essential Duties: Project Manager will support Superintendents, Sr. Project Managers and Project Executives with
activities including safety, quality control and assurance, prime contract management, budget management,
schedule management, change management, procurement, and project administration. Project Manager will
ensure Project Engineers are completing required project duties in accordance with their RR&Es.

Responsibilities:


• Participating in preconstruction activities in anticipation of securing project contract including but not
limited to:

o Scope and estimate review
o Project schedule development
o Project permitting
o Value engineering
o Client interface, interview, and support


• Organizing and curating project-related communications

• Organizing and administering project-related meetings including OAC meetings

• Administering and setting up of project Prime Contracts

• Creating and managing project Budget:

o Establishing initial project Budget for entering and approval by PMOL
o Curating and managing Budget throughout life cycle of project in accordance with Project goals,
Prime Contract, company scorecards, and company Financial Calendar
o Attending monthly project budget review meetings and creating ProCore Snapshots


• Creating and managing project Schedules

o Establish project Schedule Baseline
o Work collaboratively with Project superintendent to update Schedule throughout project Life
Cycle in accordance with Project goals, Prime Contract, company scorecards, and company
Financial Calendar


• Creating and managing project Commitments in accordance with Project goals, Prime Contract,
company scorecards, and company Financial Calendar

o Expediting required documents and information in collaboration with Project Accountant.
o Review and approval of all project invoices in accordance with Company Financial Calendar


• Creating and managing project Change Events and Change Orders in accordance with Project goals,
Prime Contract, company scorecards, and company Financial Calendar

• Creating Owner invoices and routing to Project Accountant for execution in accordance with
Company Financial Calendar

• Oversee Project Engineer in the course of the following tasks:

o Creating, routing, and distributing project requests for information
o Creating, routing, and distributing project submittals, shop drawings, product data, and material
samples
o Creating, routing, and distributing project transmittals and records of delivery
o Site safety inspections
o Creating, routing, and distributing project punch lists
o Creating routing, and distributing project meeting agendas and minutes
o Apply for, expedite, and organize project permits and regulatory documents
o Organizing and curating project drawings and specifications
o Creating, routing, and administering project change events and documentation
o Solicit and collect Subcontractor & Supplier quotes/proposals
o Initiate project startup procedures using the project startup process
o Initiate and complete project closeout procedures
o Prepare, route, and distribute O&M & warranty manuals

Expectations:

• Ability to manage priorities across multiple projects

• All Project Startup activities completed within expected durations

• Compliance with Company scorecard and goals for projects assigned

• Compliance with Company Financial Calendar

• CT Wilson Safety expectations are always met on project sites

• CT Wilson Quality Program expectations are achieved for all projects

Requirements:

• Preferred Bachelor's Degree in construction management, engineering or related field, or applicable
certification.

• 2-20 years of construction industry experience.

• Intermediate-Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe (or
similar)

• Commitment to working in a team environment with a strong client focus.

• Pre-employment drug testing required.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift 0-25 pounds constantly, 25-75 pounds frequently.

• Constant time spent sitting or standing.

• Constant time spent at a computer screen and typing.

Preferred capabilities:

• Past success using ProCore in a general contractor setting

• Experience with MS Project 2021 or Desktop Online
