The Role:


Our Quality Inspectors are part of the MEDC Quality Team and are responsible for carrying out inspections on deliveries into the Company.


Duties & Responsiblities:

  • Inspect and repack all product groups to the correct AQL level and quality standards of deliveries arriving at MEDC.
  • Release and transfer stock from deliveries during the inspection stage.
  • Prepare stock ready to be sold to our outlet stores.
  • Carry out random spotchecks and 100% inspection of stock at the MEDC upon request from Quality Inspection Assistant Manager.
  • Carry out high standard of inspection on Red Folder orders and Customer Exchanges
    .
  • Complete Far East orders and to the correct completion date.
  • Record fob number on orders shipped to Italy.
  • Assist in logging in and processing returns from stores.

  • Participate in team meetings.
  • Work collaboratively with all key stakeholders.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Proven ability in producing accurate work with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills; written and verbal.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office specifically, Excel and Word.
  • Can work well under pressure.
  • Proven flexible approach to work.
  • Excellent prioritisation skills with the ability to identify new priorities and adapt plans accordingly
  • Enjoys working in a handson role and as part of a team.

Other:
Quality Inspectors are required to assist the Repairs team if needed and maybe asked to work on other sites.
