We are IT Recruitment Specialists partnered with a prestigious Global Consultancy who required a Service Now Platform Architect for one of their Clients based in London (Hybrid)

Project commentary:
implementing a production CMDBextending discovery of the IT Estate into lower environments and cloud DCsintegrating ServiceNow with critical upstream systems including Mprove to provide traceability of business service to application serviceOptimising the ServiceNow platform to ensure the bank's significant investment is maximisedEssential skills/ experience:

  • This role requires a strong and hands-on ServiceNow Platform Architect who can provide technical expertise against requirements considering the platform's architecture, capabilities, and best practices with a core specialism in CMDB design and implementation. This includes the production of good quality technical documentation to support internal governance processes as well as development teams/partners in line with ServiceNow's Implementation best practices.
  • This role will work as part of a team tasked with maturing and extending the bank's ServiceNow platform and will interact with senior business and technical stakeholders across the organisation.
Technical Requirements

  • Demonstrate significant experience in multiple and complex ServiceNow implementations with proven exposure to a variety of ServiceNow products ideally beyond ITSM/ITOM, e.g. Hold relevant and current ServiceNow certifications (e.

g:
CMA, CTA, CSA, Implementation Specialist etc.).

  • In depth knowledge of integrations between ServiceNow and multiple system of records.
  • Expert knowledge around integrations (Integration Hub or custom - REST/API etc.) Ability to provide technical governance and design leadership across multiple areas of the ServiceNow platform, includin

g:
functionality, data modelling (CSDM) , developer APIs, development tools etc.

  • Excellent communication skills as leading stakeholder workshops and meetings will be mandatory (including System Integrator experience) as well as offering guidance on prototyping and accelerating time from design to deployment.
