This is a Full Time position with 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday).

About us:

Being part of the Dee Set group, Tactical Solutions is a dynamic team of dedicated individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional results and maximizing returns on investment for leading brands in Fast Moving Consumer Goods.

What will I be doing?

  • Visiting the top 4 grocery retailers to develop strong relationships with key decision-makers and prove the value added to the store.
  • Negotiating with key decision-makers to enhance distribution, increase availability of various brands, and secure additional display space wherever possible.
  • Acting as the forefront of Tactical Solutions and its clients in-store by identifying issues, opportunities, and competitor insights.
  • Striving to create a positive impact for our clients by adhering to Tactical Solutions' established processes. Ensuring professional, efficient, and effective interactions at every sales outlet.
  • Thoroughly documenting all details on our specialized tablets using the latest Drive software system.
