KS1 Teaching Assistant


We are recruiting for a KS1 Teaching Assistant for a Primary School in Orrell, Wigan (WN5) to support a child on a one to one basis.

This is a long-term position starting as soon as possible.


This KS1 Teaching Assistant job will involve providing 1:1 support to a Year 1 child who requires assistance in overcoming barriers to learning in order to achieve their true potential.

This KS1 Teaching Assistant role will involve keeping the child on task and ensuring that the work they are set is being done to a good standard.

You will confidently possess excellent behaviour management skills and work successfully with the child to ensure they are fulfilling their learning expectations.


This KS1 Teaching Assistant job is full-time and the working hours will be 08:30am- 15:30pm Monday to Friday, with a 30 minute lunch break.

This KS1 Teaching Assistant job is to start as soon as possible and will continue until Friday 19th July 2024.
