Liberty HR Recruitmentis delighted to be partnering exclusively with our client, who is seeking a
Talent Partner on a
part time, permanent basis, based in
Gosport, with the option of hybrid working.


Reporting into a fantastic Head of Talent and becoming an integral part of the HR function, you will be responsible for driving and developing the recruitment activity across the business.


Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage the offer process and support with onboarding
  • Develop a talent pipeline, to ensure future talent needs are met
  • Perform benchmarking on compensation and benefits
  • Ensure Diversity and Inclusion is at the forefront of your mind
  • Understand psychometrics and assessments that need to be carried out


You will come with recent, recruitment experience - this can be agency or inhouse, have an understanding of IR35 and able to travel, when required.


As an individual you will be; self-motivated, a natural relationship builder, IT savvy, able to work well under pressure and diligent.


The salary for this role is circa £32k FTE, plus some fantastic benefits including 25 days holiday plus BH, life assurance, competitive pension and support for your CIPD qualification (after successful completion of probation).
