THE POSITION

The role of an Administration Apprentice within a Law Practice may include but not limited to;

  • Maintains stock of supplies by anticipating work requirements, ordering supplies, and distributing supplies where necessary:

Desired skills
4-9 grades English and maths GCSE's

  • Confident with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage reception in conjunction with other administration duties
  • Good attention to detail
  • Good working knowledge of ICT packages including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to demonstrate or gain a clear understanding of the firm's inhouse systems where training will be given
  • Excellent presentation, organisation and timekeeping skills
  • Awareness of confidentiality and safeguarding
  • The ability to use own initiative, be able to work individually as well as part of a team
  • Must be wellpresented with a clear, pleasant telephone manner

  • You will also develop your knowledge, skills and behaviours.
  • You need to have an employer to support your Apprenticeship and be employed in a relevant job role.
  • The typical length of this Apprenticeship course is 18 months.
  • This course has multiple start dates throughout the year
