Our client is a worldwide cutting edge technology business that are looking for a Technical Trainier to develop a strong understanding of their products and how they operate as a company.
You will be prepared to travel from home to office, customer facilities and external training providers, Understand and implement the EDIP (Explanation, Demonstration, Imitation, Practice) method of instruction to impart information on groups of individuals.
- Understand and implement the four phases of a lesson plan: Preliminaries, Introduction, Development, Consolidation.
- Experience of various training methods including coaching, mentoring, workshops, and classroom training.
- Key customer service skills:
- Knowledge and experience in training and instructional methods and techniques.
- Understanding of IP and networking is desirable.
