Business Development Manager - Bridging Finance
Company: Loan Provider for Life Events
Location: North (Hybrid Role - Max 2 Office Days per Week)
We are partnering with a lending company specializing in Bridging Finance, offering individuals loans to navigate through significant life milestones.
We are in search of a Business Development Manager based in the Midlands or North region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering and expanding strategic partnerships with both existing and potential collaborators within a specified area.
Key Responsibilities
- New business origination, development, and account management
- Developing a regional sales strategy in collaboration with the Commercial Director
- Achieving set sales targets within designated periods and KPIs
- Coordinating the progress of new client loan applications, working closely with internal Risk and Credit teams
Skills & Experience
- Proficiency in the UK finance sector, particularly in private client law or bridging finance
- Effective presentation skills to engage business partners and stakeholders confidently and informatively
- Utilizing networking opportunities to drive business growth
- Experience in soft sales environments, focused on relationship building and maintenance
- Demonstrates strong work ethic, organization, and self-motivation, capable of managing multiple sales meetings weekly
