Architectural Interior Design Coordinator

We are searching for a talented and detail-oriented
Architectural Interior Design Coordinator with a dual background in Architecture and strong interior design experience, particularly in joinery, to join our team for a prestigious hotel interiors fit-out project in the Middle East.

You'll play a pivotal role in translating the architect's vision into reality, ensuring exceptional joinery detailing throughout the project.


We need someone who is willing to work in Saudi Arabia; knowledge of Arabic speaking is an advantage but not required.


Responsibilities:

  • Leverage your architectural background to review and interpret building plans and integrate them seamlessly with the interior design concept.
  • Possess a deep understanding of joinery design, detailing, and construction methods.
  • Collaborate with the architect and interior design team to develop detailed interior design drawings and specifications for the hotel fitout.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive construction documentation, including joinery shop drawings, millwork drawings, and material schedules.
  • Manage and track design revisions, effectively communicating updates to all project stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the project by adhering to deadlines and budgets.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Architect with a minimum of 15 years of experience in architectural or interior design project coordination.
  • Proven experience in highend hotel interiors or hospitality design is highly desirable.
  • Indepth knowledge of joinery design, detailing, and construction methods
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • A keen eye for detail, a passion for exceptional design, and a commitment to quality.
  • The ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment, working independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience working in the Middle East (or a similar region) is a strong advantage.
