Currently expanding, they are in search of a dedicated Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their energetic team.

Position Overview:
We are in need of an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to aid our Quantity Surveying squad in overseeing the costs and budget of residential construction ventures. The ideal candidate will support in estimating, cost planning, and procurement, as well as subcontractor payment tasks to guarantee projects are completed within budget and meet high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Management of all variations & cost packages
  • Assisting in the procurement process, involving obtaining quotes, negotiating prices, and preparing tender documents.
  • Aiding in the preparation and assessment of contracts, including CVR's
  • Handling sub-contractor procurement, cost analysis & forecasting.

The selected individual will report to the Senior Quantity Surveyor and will have the flexibility to work from the office along with site visits. Our client is offering a competitive remuneration package inclusive of a car allowance, travel expenses, and pension benefits. Although the role is set to commence promptly, the company is willing to accommodate candidates with a notice period.
