This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Senior Product Designer with a wide-set of skills - from service design to UX to UI, to join our Product and Design team. The main objective of the role is to deliver intuitive designs that solve user problems - your job is to work out the best way to do this and prioritise accordingly.
What will you do?
Shape the design process working closely with Product and Tech
Work with our customers to understand their needs, going beyond the obvious to translate this into actionable, meaningful user insights and deliverables
Sketch, wireframe and prototype new and existing ideas to bring them to life across out multi-platform web application
Work closely across the organisation with product-minded individuals across sales, marketing and operations to collaboratively work through ideas and solutions
Implement the product design vision, strategy and principles across the business.
Work on design strategy, researching user requirements, delivering wireframes to final design, testing and internal training.
You may also be in-charge of setting up, monitoring and analysing data tools like MixPanel.

You will need
- First and foremost, you are an experienced Professional (5 years +) with demonstrable experience in UX/UI in a Start-up
- To be comfortable with, and excited about improving and owning the design process for our web application(s) from user requirement gathering, running workshops, storyboarding, rapid prototyping to creating intuitive user interfaces.
- Be interested in working closely with Product and Tech to rapidly move from ideation to final design
- Have an interest in working with complex design systems
- To be excited by our mission → being part of a company changing healthcare
- Appetite to work in the organised chaos and excitement of an early-stage startup. This involves being comfortable working in a start-up and tackling all the challenges that brings.
- We are looking for people with a demonstrated track record of success in start-ups, working end-to-end; from discovery to execution.
- Rank empathy & curiosity highly => you have a genuine interest in people's problems and can balance these with technical constraints and business goals
- To be based in the UK and able to commute to our London office a minimum of 3-4 times per week.
