Maintain food and service quality and consistency in line with Company standards.

Motivate both Management and staff teams to establish channels of communication for all Company and restaurant information.

To
Ensure the restaurant complies with all legislation regarding Health & Safety and Hygiene Licensing Laws.


Ensure that all employees are trained to the minimum legal requirements as stated in the Company Health & Safety manual.

Ensure the security of the premises, stock and cash.

Be responsible for the further implementation of any additional legal requirements stated by the Company or related legal authorities.
To monitor the maintenance of the premises and equipment and report recommended action to Owner/Senior Manager.

Legally allowed to work in the UK

Hold a valid, current driving licence. Hold the National Licensees Certificate Management Degree / Diploma or equivalent
GCSE level C or equivalent in Maths & English.
Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate or equivalent
Basic Health & Safety Certificate

Ability to travel to and from work.

Have the flexibility to be able to work days / evenings on each day of the week including bank holidays.

Be of reasonably good health and have sufficient stamina to work in a pressurised, physical environment.
Ability to recruit, develop and retain a team of people.

Attributes
