Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team.

As a Handy Man, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the functionality and safety of our facilities.

This is a part-time position working Mon-Fri mornings only.

Duties:

  • Perform general maintenance and repairs on buildings, equipment, and systems
  • Conduct routine inspections to identify any issues or potential hazards
  • Repair or replace broken or faulty components
  • Testing fire alarm systems according to schedules
  • Maintain plumbing systems, including repairing leaks and unclogging drains
  • Address any maintenance concerns promptly

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of various maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry. Superior knowledge in one category would be beneficial.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills to identify issues and find effective solutions
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work to schedule and perform maintenance task on time.
  • Customer serviceoriented mindset to address maintenance concerns promptly
