Position Overview:
As a Lead Software Developer, we are seeking an individual with substantial experience and expertise to take charge and support our efforts in product delivery and maintenance to ensure a harmonious blend of business and technical sustainability. You will play a crucial role in the entire product development lifecycle, contributing significantly to the delivery of innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design, architecture, and development of software solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives and technical constraints.
- Provide expertise and oversight on technical design, quality, code, and development practices within teams.
- Collaborate with architects, operations, product, and stakeholders to outline technical requirements and deliver innovative, stable, and secure products.
- Ensure significant technical decisions and technology choices are communicated and adopted across teams.
- Full-stack development, crafting reliable, maintainable, high-performance, and well-tested code for critical system components.
- Develop and implement technical and quality standards throughout R&D.
- Serve as a technical role model, with your code exemplifying and upholding our quality standards for all teams.
- Mentor and coach technical teams, fostering a culture of quality, delivery, learning, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure applications meet reliability, speed, scalability, and security goals through solid technical design, developer testing, code reviews, and appropriate pairing.
- Provide support to troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues across test and production environments.
- Stay informed about the latest technologies and industry trends, making recommendations and implementations as necessary.

Skills:
- Strong technical design skills in developing business-critical software components.
- Proficiency in C#, Typescript, Javascript, SQL, and full-stack software development.
- Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases, including practical experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Azure SQL, and MongoDB.
- Experience in implementing message-driven systems using queuing concepts and patterns such as microservices, event sourcing, command segregation, pub-sub, and others.
