ABL 1 Touch has been a key player in the vehicle repair industry since 1994, working closely with insurance companies to provide top-notch services. As our Roaming Bodyshop Manager, you'll be supporting the on-site Bodyshop Manager, overseeing Production Workshop operations, employee performance, safety, quality, and customer service.

With locations across the UK, flexibility is essential as overnight stays and travel may be required.

Responsibilities of a Roaming Bodyshop Manager:

• Maximizing workshop productivity
• Maintaining quality standards and overseeing Quality control
• Completing all necessary documentation comprehensively
• Communicating with the Production Director on productivity constraints
• Ensuring high levels of housekeeping
• Meeting statutory requirements for health and safety
• Adhering to insurance company standards
• Minimizing non-productive time
• Achieving productivity targets

Skills and experience required:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in vehicle body repair
• Willingness to travel to multiple sites
• Strong people management skills
• Motor manufacturer qualifications and repair experience
• Pro-active approach to customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
• Attention to detail and proficiency in MS Office
• Strong planning and time management abilities
• Upbeat and friendly personality
• Technical skills in body and paint repair in the motor industry
