Pertemps are working with a credible client who are looking to add to their HR team.

This role will support with a wide range of HR related activities to support the employee experience whilst also ensuring compliance.

Role Responsibilities:

nBe the first point of contact for HR queries, face to face, e-mail and telephone.nProviding timely and accurate advice to support managers with any people related concerns or opportunities.nManaging casework for employee relations, i.e.

flexible working requests, investigations etc.nManging sickness absence and all administration related to the case.nSupport with starters and leavers process.nAnalysis of HR processes, provide and implement improvements.nSupporting internal and external audits.nWeekly and monthly HR reports.nSupport the HR Advisor/ HR Business partner with ad hoc duties.nMaintaining all data in SAP, filing, letter writing and any other administration tasks.nAny other duties that are asked.


Candidate Requirements:

nPrevious experience in a HR role.nStrong interpersonal skills, excellent verbal and written skills.nIT Knowledge (SAP ideally and an understanding of HR systems).nStrong attention to detail.nMultitasking skills.nAbility to work under pressure.nAbility to manage change.
