Position Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Guest Experience Team within The Macallan Estate Experience as Driver/Concierge. This opportunity is available on a 22.5 hour per week basis.

You will often be the first point of contact and will deliver exceptional service at all times, be it collecting guests, welcoming them to the experience, or showing them to their accommodation.

Outside of this you will assist the Macallan Hosts as required.
Job Description
Reporting to the Guest Experience Manager, key responsibilities for this role include:

• To welcome all guests with a passionate and exceptional customer service and inspire all guests to become enthusiastic ambassadors of The Macallan
• Passionately communicate The Macallan brand DNA and values to guests across the Macallan Estate
• Ensure that The Macallan Estate is presented as a world class 5star luxury destination, maintaining the highest standard of cleanliness and organisation in both onstage and backstage areas with meticulous attention to detail
• Ensure the backstage areas are properly prepared and maintained to allow for the best experience for all guests
• Maintain impeccable standards of grooming and appearance, in line with the grooming and appearance guidelines at The Macallan Estate
• Help guests with any accessibility needs across The Macallan Estate, which could include driving our mobility transport
• Carry out concierge services, as and when required
• Competent and safe driving of company vehicles
• Ensuring vehicles are maintained clean and reporting and maintenance or service issues
• Check all accommodation guests into and out of EEH and Ghillies Cottage
• Assisting guests with Luggage and introduction to facilities
• Maintain and keep all arrival areas clean and tidy, such as driveway, carpark the cut and EEH driveway

Skills and Experience

To succeed in this role you will be an experienced driver with a full clean driving licence, a guest experience background would be desirable.

A strong, charismatic, positive, and upbeat people person, with experience of excellent customer service knowledge. Ability to learn and retain information about The Macallan brand. Have attention to detail, with a flexible "can do" approach to tasks and work activity.
